Concept Design
The Landscape Concept Design includes measurements, quantity take offs and concept plant materials. A detailed legend will guide you or your local nursery in the selection of plants in your planting hardiness zones. This is the best way to compare or produce estimate efficiently. As a home owner you have more control over the estimates from contractor and as a contractor you have an increased efficiency with each project.
These packages include two 1/2 hour “Reviews and Revisions” meetings via email, phone or Netmeeting.

Landscape Design
The Landscape Design is the continuation of the concept design. All plant materials by type, size and amount will be identified. Details of the project are expanded.

A lot survey must be provided in advance of services. Site measurements and photos will be supplied by the home owner. Site consultation, by a representative of Designed Landscapes, may be available for an additional charge including travel time, mileage and an hourly rate*. This quotation does not include the actual construction or installation. Designed landscape will not be held liable for the construction of the project. This quotation is based on an average sized property (5000sq.ft). Larger lots will require additional fees. The design remains the property of the Designed Landscapes until final payment. Standard Copyright Law protects all designs. Portions of the design shall not be reproduced without the written consent of a representative from Designed Landscapes. Extra meetings and/or revisions available @ $55/hr. All monies stated on this web page are in Canadian dollars.
